Golinker Terms Of Service

Welcome to Golinker! These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Golinker website (the "Site") and the services provided by Better Version Co. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this Agreement carefully.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

User Registration

If required, you must register to use the Services. Keep your account password confidential, and you are responsible for all activities on your account.

Purchases and Payment

If you make purchases through the Services, provide accurate payment and account information. We may change prices and refuse or limit orders at our discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose other than intended. Prohibited activities include unauthorized use, interference with security features, harassment, and violation of laws or regulations.

User Generated Contributions

The Services may allow you to contribute content ("Contributions") such as chat messages, blog posts, and forum discussions. By making Contributions, you represent and warrant that your Contributions:

Do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Are created and owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize us to use the Contributions.
Have the consent of any identifiable individuals included in the Contributions.
Are not false, inaccurate, misleading, or solicitation in nature.
Are not obscene, violent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
Do not contain offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to exonerate us from any responsibility and refrain from taking legal action against us related to your Contributions.

Contribution License

By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, disclose, publish, distribute, and prepare derivative works of your Contributions for any purpose, including commercial and advertising purposes. This license applies to all media formats and channels and includes the use of your name, trademarks, logos, and other personal and commercial images provided by you. You waive any moral rights in your Contributions.

You retain ownership of your Contributions and any associated intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions and have the right to edit, categorize, and remove any Contributions at our discretion.

Services Management

We have the right to monitor the Services for violations of these Terms, take legal action against violators, refuse or restrict access to Contributions, and manage the Services to protect our rights and property.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access, terminate or suspend your account, and delete any posted content without notice, at our sole discretion.

Modifications and Interruptions

We may change, modify, or remove content from the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, interruptions, or discontinuance of the Services. We also have no obligation to maintain or support the Services.

Governing Law

If a dispute arises, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through informal negotiations for at least 30 days. Exceptions to arbitration include disputes related to intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, unauthorized use, and claims for injunctive relief.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms does not waive that right or provision. These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
